Okay, so Wednesday the 12th of March 2025 and what do I have to say about today? Well, worries, worries, concerns and worries and more concerns on above those worries and concerns etc etc. Now, last I was in prison I read this
book called the Worry Cure. Can't really give you the author of that book because it's not really springing to mind spontaneously as I think about it, but like you know, it seems as though our identity or we attach the amount of time that we dedicate to our worries to our identity and it almost, we almost kind of like get a little bit defensive when somebody might come up with the whole question of like you
know why, you know, why do you worry so much or why do you stress so much and stuff like that it almost seems as though like we not necessarily have a craving but in a way like you know we we have this attachment to kind of like worrying and stuff like that and one of the things
that I want to say just straight off the bat when it comes to worries is that if worrying isn't effectively helping you go to you know kind of like navigate through your problems then it is effectively redundant. It's a waste of time and I
think it's a misuse of our brainpower so to speak. Like I think the worry cure did touch on this kind of that difference between productive and non productive worrying if that makes sense. So again worrying non productively
effectively revolves around continuously focusing on the problem. And again I don't want to create a gender, I don't want to assign worrying to any specific gender or any specific sex because I believe that both sexes, both men and women can often
find themselves in cycles of kind of like you know non-productive worry. But it's a thing of like where anybody who does identify with this kind of like thing like you know we are warriors as in like you know not warriors as in warriors on
the battlefield we are warriors and like like I it's it's not a great kind of like thing to effectively attach to your identity especially when you're putting in a lot of brainpower to something that isn't effectively kind of like serving you it's just basically feeding you more and more of that same negative energy that same kind of like powerless and hopeless and almost like victim like energy but yeah that's all that I have to say on that for now hopefully I’ll be able to kind of like say more more on it at a later stage
