We Don’t Talk About Vino

You know, somewhere buried neatly enough in this mind of mine are the blueprints that describe all the layers that define the nature and character of Made Eze. The emotions and experiences that I go through are dense and diverse enough that I used to get lost in my efforts to put a song or series of tracks together.
I would experience multiple feelings for the exact same situation, and those two feelings created two completely different approaches to the same song. In other words, I always felt as though I was writing with multiple states of mind, despite there only being one hand and one pen to write with.
With that being said, over the decades of wanting to be an artist I began to design a mental idea of the intricate facets that render the whole tone and image of Made “The Rap Dragon” Eze. One of such facets is the evolution of Vino, a state of mind that I have decided to characterise as though the state of mind is an actual person. A person with thoughts and feelings, as well as an idea of the world they interact with.
One could easily consider Vino as an effort to categorise my childlike / primitive emotions: my hopes, my fears and the feelings that evolve around my past, present and future. I have brought this up briefly in my mind because lately I’ve been dancing a lot in this state of mind. It’s both comforting in the same way it is terrifying, because what many will often fail to appreciate, is that Vino is impossible to control once he has been released.
