This Balance Needs Striking

summarize like this week is like you know even though like I've gotten you I guess, a lot of results, results that have basically made me happy and results that I've effectively, not even have effectively, they will effectively pave the way for my direction in the future, I feel like I've also paid with my physical health and my physical well-being and Sometimes it's like, you know, I do definitely meditate on the idea of you know, kind of like a hustle culture Because again, maybe perhaps kind of like when you're young when you're much younger, you're of you're you know

You're available to you know, you're you know, you're able to dish out more Kind of like, you know, you're able to dish out more, kind of like you're able to dish out more from your physical health than the older person. But I feel like generally speaking, I feel like mental health does kind of like start to kind of like become the ultimate price

when I don't essentially take a break. But one thing that I also have to remind myself of is the fact that it's a marathon and it isn't a sprint. At the end of the day, it's like, you know, I am definitely kind of like in a unique circumstance, not a circumstance that other people aren't going to be in. Like, you know, other people are married, other people have got children,

other people have got houses and commitments to kind of like follow through on. But you know me as a person like you know it means that things are going to take a little bit longer and I just have to learn how to be patient even on the days when that's physically going to be impossible I have to be remind myself that like you know this stuff is going to take time but one thing is for certain it's definitely going to happen.
