The Strength of One’s Heart

Okay cool so Thursday the 1st of May and I've got a question right like it's a question just based on some of the conversations that I've been having with a very good friend of mine right and he knows who he is and you know what does it mean to be strong at heart it's a

question that's there but it's kind of like inspired by, you know, the realization that both myself and my friend have made. And we're going to continue to make as our years kind of like get added on to us as we grow older, as we grow wiser. Effectively, like it's the realization that we've made that in society it's not good enough to be strong at heart. As a matter of fact, it's not important. Rather than us being measured by the strength of our heart, we are being measured by the

strength of our wallet, by the strength of our clout, fame, relevance, or whatever it is that you want to call it. That is the measurement of today or that's what we're being told that we should measure ourselves by the quality of our car the

quality of our watch our house you know the quality of the food that we eat the place where we eat in that food not whether we're willing to decant from our pocket to give to somebody what what what we have in abundance but they don't have even in the slightest

sense. What does it mean to be strong at heart? What does it really mean? What does it look like? Because I feel like myself and my friend we're very good at recognizing that. So much so to the point that when we see it, when we feel it, when we pick up that vibe from somebody, especially somebody who is willing to help us, we are abundantly grateful. Like beyond grateful, obsessively grateful, habitually grateful. Like because we know, we know what value, that is a priceless value. Somebody who is strong at heart. Somebody whom instead of cussing us out or insulting us when we seemingly might be do something wrong, they decide to

think about it first and just have a conversation with us. We might be having a bad day, like I just wanted to put that out there.
