Practice Your Patience

Friday the 13th of June 2025 and becoming successful from an independent music career you know requires the practice of extreme patience and you know kind of like never really in my life in any other aspect of my life have I had to be as patient as I've been with myself, my

circumstances, the opportunities that kind of like, you know, lay bare before me and really just being patient with myself.

Now, of course, in my own unique circumstances, kind of like being a father of three, being married, you know, having responsibilities and, you know, with, you know, for a lack of a better way of saying it, because there's probably like a more appropriate or a more kind of like a favorable way of saying it, right?

You know, being tied down to these things, right? Kind of like requires me to be very kind of like patient, very level-headed and very calm as I begin to kind of like build this, you know, build not necessarily this empire but build this thing that I'm very passionate about. I feel like visualizing really really really helps but when it

comes to kind of like patience like you know I've had this desire to like you know build this thing that I've got in my mind that sometimes, often at times I do struggle to kind of like describe because it's this grand, great big picture. And, you know, imagine trying to, you know,

describe this very great big painting and it's got, you know, it's highly detailed, but you're trying to describe it like with a few words or a couple of sentences, like, you know, you know, you would struggle. And what it is, is like, you know, that's the way I describe my music career. It's like this great big grand painting

that I've been, you know, trying to draw, wanting to draw ever since I was like 13 years old, since I kind of like discovered the gift of expression through written word, through rap, and you know, all of these things and stuff like that. Right.

And, you know, I just, you know, I've had to be very patient with myself, very patient with my circumstances, very patient with, you know, my desires and other people's desires, which were directly connected with me, so to speak. And, you know, I continue to practice

and expand on my ability to be patient. Like I still need to kind of like act, you know, there are things that I still need to kind of like act, you know, there are things things that I still need to do because it's not necessarily a waiting game. It's just kind of like it's an acting game. It's an action based game. And it requires me to be patient in the process, but then also be very happy with what it is that I've got as I'm working my way towards the things that I want for the future.
