Our Very Own Narrative

yeah man Sunday 4th of May 2025 and here's like a very dark scary truth right the darkest scary truth is that we kind of like create our own narrative we interpret the world with our own senses and then we create our own stories and with those stories we effectively tell those

stories as though they're the absolute truth completely ignoring the fact that we've kind of like, you know, interpreted the world through our own senses. And we've kind of like, added the things that effectively kind of like adhere to our

own egoic needs. And we've removed things that adhere to our own egoic needs. Like lately, like there's a word that I've heard of that is floating around the ecosystem of social media which is main character syndrome and you know I feel like very dangerously and very kind of like not just suspiciously suspiciously but subtly this is what we all do. We all believe that we are the main character even when we are unaware of these biases and

stuff like that you know let's say for example like even okay let's say on an example like you know an example could be like okay I went out today for a drive and somebody cut in front of me you know and you know we get upset because that person you know wasn't supposed to cut in front of me, you know, and you know we get upset because that person, you know, wasn't supposed to drive in front of us or whatever it is, but who's to say that, you know, that that's the way, who's to say that the situation was to play out exactly how we wanted it to play out.

After all, you know, there are millions of people on the planet, billions of people on the planet who used to say that the day is supposed to go our way, so to speak. Like, this is just a very basic example. I don't want to go into too much detail because I kind of like need to rush. And, uh, but yeah, like it's very dangerous to think that we all tell ourselves, you know, our own narratives and our own stories, and we accept them as the absolute truth.
