One at a Time
Tuesday, October 13, 2026. When it comes to books, um, books that I use to effectively inform myself in a way that allows me to elevate my position and my trajectory when it comes to like my music career. Like, uh, I tend I tend to be a little bit careful with books.
Like, you know, I used to read a lot of books whilst I was in prison. But especially now, if there's one thing that I'm trying to change and I'm trying to adapt, in the words of Bruce Lee himself, I fear not the man who has read 10,000 books. I'm kind of doing a bit of a play on words, yeah?
I'm trying, you know, I'm definitely not paraphrasing. I'm kinda changing things around a little bit. But essentially, I fear the man who has read one book 1000 times.
And at the moment, the thing that I'm focussing on is attitude, because I think that this is something that needs continuous, never-ending, you know, never-ending development, never-ending improvement.
And even if the development and the improvement is finite, even if there's like a ceiling somewhere, I definitely want to be able to manage it because I'm starting to recognise more and more how, you know, how often I lose my attitude during the day and how I begin to have a negative impact on my daily outcomes.
And of course, like, you know, considering the fact that I have a specific goal in mind for what I want to accomplish when it comes to my music career.
I need to recognise that, you know, daily increments and daily little things that happen on a day to day, they do effectively compound over time with a positively or negatively. So this is, you know, a combination of both actions and inactions. So there is, I could probably go into this into a lot more detail.
But one thing else remain, you know, maybe just as a little example, for example, um, as a little example, for example, like, uh, you could have, or I could have an action, yeah, that creates a positive impact, or I could have an inaction that creates a positive impact, as well as I could have a, an action that creates a negative impact, but also an inaction that creates a positive, uh, oh, sorry.
I could, sorry, so effectively I can have an action that creates a positive impact and an action that creates.
And an inaction that creates a positive impact and vice versa, I could have an action that creates a negative impact and an inaction that creates a negative impact.
So, you know, something like, for example, you know, not reacting negatively, you know? That is an inaction. So if something happens, And essentially decide not to react to it and I don't do anything, that's positive because it means that I can remain focussed on some, you know, on what it is that I'm trying to accomplish.
But yeah, that's that's one way of putting it.
