How Do I Do This?

Okay, so Sunday April 6th 2025 and you know I'm really beginning to think about kind of like applying the law of attraction and kind of like you know the prerequisites of a great attitude in order to begin to kind of like maximize on the quality of my day.
Like there was a period earlier this year where I was having like literally like two of what has felt like the greatest weeks
of my entire life, if that makes sense. And if I'm being honest, like I'm quite envious of that period because that since that period, I haven't been able to get back into that flow or back into that mind state for whatever reason.
Like, it seems as though I'm trying to cheat the, kind of like, again, I'm trying to effectively do, I'm trying to kind of like exercise the law of attraction and I'm trying to exercise kind of like, you know, having a great attitude without the prerequisites and without the formulas necessary to kind of like, you know, having a great attitude without the prerequisites and without the formulas
necessary to kind of like, you know, be able to kind of like create the day that you want or create the type of scenario that you want, kind of like without effectively kind of like doing the things that's necessary. For example, abstaining from negative things,
kind of like, you know, letting go of negative thoughts, you know, kind of like, you know, looking at the bright side of things, focusing on things, you know, focusing on the best side of things, you know. The thing about kind of like keeping a great attitude is not necessarily about having a good day because, you know, like kind of like good things and bad things happen. And the muscle that I'm trying to exercise is kind of like, you know,
being able to kind of like have a smile on my face and be able to kind of like smile through things and remain optimistic despite you know especially during the times when things are difficult and it's gonna take a while it's gonna take a bit of practice you know I feel like I need to just basically read more you know really start to jot down kind of like you know really start to kind of like make it a force of habit you know you know when it comes to kind of like you know these things and when it comes to like having a great attitude when it comes to kind things, and when it comes to having a great attitude,
when it comes to applying the law of attraction, focusing more on the things that I want, rather than focusing on the things that I don't want. Not necessarily removing certain words from my vocabulary, but starting to implement and use words that open up the possibility of something good happening, kind of like focus on the good things that are
happening rather than just kind of like focusing on the bad. At the same time of all of that being said, like life is hard, you know, life is hard. It's not, you know, it's not a bouquet of roses, it's not a bed of roses and so like, you know, like I'm gonna have to continue to navigate my way through difficult things Which means that I won't always have a smile on my face and it's not necessarily about that I just need to basically implement the strategy and implement all the things that just basically kind of like, you know Create the prerequisites of just having a good day and keeping a good smile on your face my face
