Going Through It?

Wednesday the 29th of May 2024 and I'm going to ask myself this question. Why do I feel guilty sometimes when I'm going through it? And what do I mean when I say through it? It's interesting because nowadays it seems we live in a world where, I don't know, it's a, we live
in a world where we effectively start to give ourselves these vague definitions and these vague terms that describe things, especially in the urban culture. And it puts us in a situation where we can't
really understand or really crystallize whatever it is that we mean when we say stuff like going through it. So I guess another expression that could filter or fall in the same category as this saying is going through the ringer or maybe being thrown under the bus. The whole point at the end of this ramble anyway is that sometimes, like you know, there is the expression that goes, there's always somebody who's going through it or who's going through a situation that's worse than yours.
And you know, I seem to be surrounded by so many people whom I, in my opinion, are going through problems that are very different to mine. I mean, I will say different to conclude, but often at times I do feel guilty for having the problems that I do because my problems are not as bad as other people's. So sometimes I have this internal battle between allowing myself to feel down during the days my situation and my life is getting me down and you know, whether I should actually feel
down when somebody else is maybe in a situation that's worse than me and they're still being able to handle it or somebody who's in a situation worse than me but you know they're not being able to handle it. And I guess sometimes I do really wonder like, you know, should I, why do I feel guilty when I'm down? And maybe that's going to be the title. I'll shorten it to something sweeter than that but yeah, for now that's my trailer thought.
