Full Time Artist With Part Time Results

Monday the 9th of June 2025 and it's very difficult to become a full-time musician when you're only yielding part-time results. This has always been like a struggle of mine pretty much since the moment I decided to put pen to paper to become a rap artist anyway and it's

something that I've always wanted to address because I knew it was always gonna be something that was gonna impede on my capability

of becoming a full-time musician, especially when I've got other things and other demands that are effectively kind of like, you know, competing with that desire. So like, you know know depending on your goals or depending on anyone's goals, like particularly mine, like many people's

kind of like goals typically, in order to kind of like satisfy my desire and my demand for becoming a full-time musician, I a need to make kind of like a living off of music, so that means like enough money to pay my bills, enough money to kind of like, you know, sustain my lifestyle, whatever it be, whether it be a high demanding lifestyle,

low demanding lifestyle. B, I suppose, kind of like it needs to kind of like satisfy my creative itch, because everybody has a creative itch that they need to kind of like scratch and satisfy. And, you know, effectively, you know,

see kind of like make enough money to effectively kind of like sustain the demand of the music lifestyle in itself. Like, you know, making music isn't cheap. It can be if somebody just basically does it for the love. But I mean, if you want to have a fan base,

if you want to have a support, if you want to have a community that kind of like shares in the same values that you do, enjoys the art that you create, that requires kind of like a certain financial demand and even the quality of the music that you create, all of these things are kind of like linked to that.

So when you have these sort of like, you know, situations, like, you know, it's very, very difficult to kind of like expect, well, it's easy to expect kind of like great results, but it's difficult to kind of like actually actualize those results when you're only yielding part-time results.

And so I've always wanted to address the issues within my personal life, within kind of like the demands that I have in my personal life, my working life, to sort of like be able to make space to eventually become a full-time artist.
