Framework

Wednesday the 23rd of April 2025 and you know I've been doing a little bit of work that effectively allows me to establish a framework for every area of my life that I need to focus on.

There was a video that I watched not too long ago about um you know kind of like it was almost like a therapy session really and You know, I really enjoy it kind of like watching this display really and truthfully was a you know, kind of like multiple cups with you know liquid poured into these cups and these cups were a representation of like different areas of a person's life and

Naturally what it is that we want with all of these areas of our life is that we want all of those cups to be full. Some of these areas could be our family, you know, our personal relationship with friends, our work, our hobbies, our financial commitments, whatever it is.

And naturally we want these things to be full, but the truth of the matter is, is that we only have, you know, we have a cup, or let's say we have a, you know, a jug to a certain extent. And that jug is full by 100%, let's say for example. But actually, no, to be more precise, we have a cup, yeah?

And from that cup, you know, pour a hundred percent of our efforts but you know we cannot pour a hundred percent of our efforts into let's say for example five cups all of which need a hundred percent of our efforts each if we actually do the math and we divide it we can only pour 20% into each cup and so you know it's all about effectively finding the right balance and being able to over time, kind of like fill these cups,

kind of like accordingly in a balanced fashion. And, you know, frameworks is a way that I'm trying to do that. I'm also trying to build, I'm in the process of building a second brain, and, you know, not an actual physical second brain, but a place where I can dump all the information

in an organized fashion that allows me to effectively see the areas of my life that need focus. And it's something that I'm hoping to use to effectively battle, you know, kind of like, you know, the, you know, the areas of my life where, you know, kind of like lead me to procrastinate because things are a little bit too confusing or in my own words, hypothetically, just a little bit too hard.
