Between Good & Evil

yeah man Wednesday 14th I believe of May 2025 and you know what yeah you see I often worry not necessarily worry but I guess I often wonder why we make such a great effort to distinguish or to kind of like create distinction between good and evil and then you know aim
to characterize ourselves as the hero of the story where really and truthfully both good and evil exist as one within this playing field that we call life between this playing field that we call awareness or being
conscious of the fact that we are alive you know when somebody does an evil thing a dirty thing, a disgusting thing, a wicked thing, we're very quick to kind of like cast judgment upon it. You know we frown, we really scrunch up our face and we really express with you know great I guess vehemity, if that's even a word, against the whole notion of being that evil. When often at times it's almost like we...
Let me kind of like continue on that a little bit. It's like we really, really reject this evil when really and truthfully we don't question how often at times or we don't question the possibility or the possible reality that that evil is a part of us. You see, that's the thing. As human beings, we distinguish ourselves from ourselves.
When reading truthfully, we're one species living on one earth. If one person does something evil, we have done that evil. That's the way that I like to see it. Because no matter how many times, whether I'm the person that does it or doesn't do it, if one person does it, I've done it too. Like, you know, I'm afraid to say it. It's something that I can distinguish myself from. Like whenever one person sins, whenever somebody commits
a crime, I bow my own head in shame because I too am capable of doing those things. I too am capable of thinking those thoughts and unfortunately I try not to cast too much judgment on the whole essence of evil because I too am evil itself, unfortunately. I too am capable of committing and doing very very dark things if the situation, if the circumstance, if the person or if the object, like if the object kind of
like um, if the situation, you know, if the right conditions, you know, kind of like came into play, I too am capable of committing those dark things. So I try not to cast judgment on evil people and I try not to cast judgment on evil itself because I am evil, unfortunately. Unfortunately. No matter how righteous I try to live my life, that thing is a part of me. It's a part of all of us.
And to talk of it as though it's this thing that we're not, that is dangerous, because it is in that essence where it really and truthfully has power and dominion over us.
