Aesthetic Concerns

Alright cool, so September the 10th, Tuesday, September the 10th 2024 and the title of today's reflection is going to be Aesthetic Concerns. So I'm like one day away from this open mic event that's going to be taking place at the fourth portal. I believe the name of the event

is actually called Hypermedia. It's effectively like a very intimate open space where people can effectively kind of like people are welcome to effectively come in and perform their poetry,

spoken word, all types of like acts are welcome etc etc and again I've been vlogging pretty much most of the process although the process has been non-existent because I've just been busy either working or resting, recovering from the work that I've been doing. But at the moment I'm trying to basically get a hold of a red jumper, like a jumper that just basically fits the aesthetics of my brand, but then ultimately, I guess at this point, reflects the aesthetics of my mood.

And the challenge with getting that really, to be honest with you, is that very much unlike the previous olden days, the days where I guess I was a little younger, like you could just basically have an option of shops that you could go into and for the most part you will find that which it is that you're looking for, if that makes sense. So it's like one of those things where now I can only get what it is that I'm looking for from either Shein or Timu or Amazon, places that I don't really, again,

places that I'm not against shopping, but places that I don't want to feel like I'm forced to shop because I can't get something anywhere else. Like again, I do like to be unique. I don't like to shop where everybody else shops

all the time, especially for things concerning my own brand and aesthetics. But I think it's gonna be a bit of a challenge, to be honest, and I still haven't rehearsed my songs. But yeah, at the moment, I'm concerning myself with that. and uh... you know i still have a rehearsal

but yet the problem was that it was over that uh... i'm getting old oracle no i'm trying to just basically what my way through that still a boatload of work i need to catch up on and uh... yeah i guess that's basically what they what they uh... we'll see how everything that gets on.
