A Sucker For Helping People

Wednesday the 30th of July 2025 and I must admit I'm a little bit of a sucker for helping people along the way when it comes to like my rap journey which um you know there is an influencer out there that kind of like warned that this is a dangerous path to take because it

really can hinder one's progress and it can falter one's steps towards kind of like, you know, becoming a success in whatever field, kind of like concerning rap, concerning the music industry, it can really kind of like drain you,

so to speak. And it's a scary thing to think about, considering the fact that there are so many of us that are trying to do what we're trying to do, all of us effectively trying to build whatever it is that we can build in our own right. We all want fame, we all want to do, all of us effectively, trying to build whatever it is that we can build in our own right. We all want fame, we all want longevity, we all want greatness, we all want success,

we all want stability, we all wanna make a living from the thing that we love, whether it is music, poetry, whether it is art, whether it is dancing, singing, whether it is producing, engineering, touring, and we all wanna be able to do that. And there's so many of us that are on this journey,

so many of us that, and the thing is, the journey is so vast that along the way, we meet people who are light years ahead of us, and we meet people that are literally light years behind. And it becomes very tempting to kind of get stuck kind of like, you know, kind of like get stuck in the, in the works of like trying to help other people out.

But I'm a firm believer in and of the fact that, you know, if we don't help each other out, if we don't, if we're not there to support one another, ain't nobody going to be there to support us. As a matter of fact, sometimes I fear that the music industry thrives from us being competitors.

But so competitive, you know, there's another... Competition is a conversation for another day. But I feel like support is necessary, especially when things are so difficult. It's important to basically help each other along the way.
