A Lesson On Confidence

Alright, Tuesday the 3rd of June 2025 and a little lesson on confidence. You know, one that I need to hear just as much as anybody else if they're looking to kind of like get more out of life. So like, you know, you know, then this isn't based on information that you know that

comes from me this is just kind of like information that I've observed picked up read studied and I'm currently testing it out to kind of like see if it's true although I don't have any reason to doubt that it is true but if it but if

effectively kind of like confidence comes from competence. Competence comes from repetition. You see, let's say for example, like in a bouncing a ball off the ground, how do you get to a point, let's say bouncing a basketball, how do you get to a point where you're bouncing a basketball and you're not even thinking about it?

Well, you bounce the ball once and then you bounce it twice and then three times, four times, five times five times six so on and so forth you keep on practicing the skill again and again and again and again until you get to the point in which kind of like it becomes easier you know it becomes second nature so to speak and then you get to the point where effectively kind of like, you're not even having to think about it. So confidence in, you know, in the business of trying to,

you know, trying to improve ourselves, improve our lives. Maybe we want to become wealthier. Maybe we want to, youier, maybe we want to effectively have a better relationship with money and stuff like that or maybe just kind of like succeed in any field of our career or any career in

general. That confidence, that ability to maybe talk to people, present yourself to people, be entrepreneurial comes from competence and you know that stuff comes from like repetition. The thing when it comes to kind of like entrepreneurship and the thing when it comes to music there are you know the thing that's frustrating and the thing that requires a great wealth of patience is the fact that there are going to be several pieces and several skills that need to be built

kind of like to effectively become entrepreneurial in music business. Being an artist, definitely there is a skill and a set of skills that need to be mastered there. But in business, there are several things that need to be kind of like mastered. But I would also kind of like talk a little bit about,

I'll probably talk about this tomorrow and expand on that a little bit tomorrow. But in essence, like one of the things that need to be mastered or one of the primary things I would recommend is just basically mastering understanding,

understanding of, you know, not just kind of like music business from like a macro level, you know, understanding how it works, how you can be profitable. And again, it doesn't matter, not all aspects of music

business are relevant to someone, but, you know, the parts of it that kind of like involve being profitable, which of course is going to involve you. Yeah, like, you know, that sort of stuff requires understanding, even if you don't know how to do something, understanding it definitely helps a lot as you kind of like progress in your artist journey.
