Somebody I’m Not

Tuesday, the 31st of March 2026. I think is important for me to live in my own truth, especially when it comes to the context of my music career, you know, becoming a rap artist. And the reason for that being is because anything less than the truth, um, into who I am and what I do,

is simply not worth the lie, like, you know, lying about it is not worth it. And um, the reason why I say this is because, you know, in other aspects, like, you know, there are, in other career aspects, like, you know, becoming a lawyer, becoming a doctor, you know, becoming an electrician, becoming a plumber.

Um, you know, it is very easy. You know, it's not as easy to effectively create this idea of, uh, you know, being in something grandiose, really and truthfully who I am, is, uh, you know, a result of what I do.

And when it comes to the subjectivity of music, it's very easy for me to believe, you know, that I'm somebody, I'm not.

And um, if there's one thing that I'm learning along this journey is that um, humidity is a superpower.

Um, the ability to look um, within oneself and to look at the mirror honestly, um, for what somebody is, uh, you know, for, for, for what I am, you know, for who I am, is, is a superpower.

Uh, because it effectively unlocks the doors to enjoyment and uh, it removes any facade or any idea that, um, you know, I'm anything that I'm not really and truthfully, I am creating something.

I am in the process of creating something, an image of some sort. And I want that image to reflect the nature of who I am.

But then also, I suppose, like, you know, the potential of who I could become.

And, uh, you know, that potential is imagined and to bring that into reality is definitely one hell of a feat. And there's going to be limitations.

I can definitely be amazing and I could be a superstar in my own mind, but that is, you know, the, you know, reality has limitations. The mind doesn't. You know, apparently it doesn't.

So, yeah, it's important for me to live in my truth. and remain humble, you know, every step of the way.
